Coach and provide feedback to retail staff to drive sales against budgeted targets and key metrics. Plan, recruit, and schedule team members while managing the store in the absence of the store manager. Serve as a sidekick to the store manager to ensure customers feel welcomed and receive world-class service around the entire running track. Maintain a positive, inspiring atmosphere through strong collaboration and communication with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. This role requires 1–2 years of retail sales experience, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in Swedish and English. A proven track record in a leadership position within retail is advantageous. The position is 100% full-time with an onboarding date subject to agreement, and a probationary period applies. Candidates will complete a personality and capacity test as part of the recruitment process.
