Job Summary
Team Leaders operationally support day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Chick-fil-A restaurant, lead shifts, train and coach new hires, count drawers, and help ensure outstanding guest service. They set the tone for the shift, respond to guests’ needs respectfully, and uphold our culture and values while collaborating with senior leadership to drive Operational Excellence and the Recipe for Service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in a service/restaurant environment (preferred: shift lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coach and develop team members
- Willingness to open/close, lead shifts, and manage day-end tasks
- Ability to manage behavioral and performance issues
- Commitment to Chick-fil-A culture and values
