Job Summary
Lead restaurant shifts and coach team members to maintain operational excellence and top-notch guest service. Responsible for shift leadership routines, training of new hires, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and enforcing service standards in a high-volume Chick-fil-A restaurant environment. Must model positive communication, teamwork, reliability, and a servant-leadership mindset to drive a friendly, energetic, guest-focused culture.
