Job Summary
Protect and promote the Whataburger brand while supervising Team Members to ensure all tasks meet company standards. Lead staff through on-the-spot training, evaluate performance, and enforce the Team Member Guidelines with fairness. Manage critical administrative duties including cash reporting, inventory audits, preparing deposits, and payroll adjustments. Ensure all products are prepared according to quality standards, maintain drive-thru production flow, and keep the dining area and restrooms continuously meeting appearance standards. Handle customer complaints, answer phones per procedure, and execute emergency procedures as assigned. Complete shift reports and accurately record food inventory prior to and at the close of each shift.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry and push.
- Ability to read (Orders on tickets, Menu Board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items.
- Frequent washing of hands.
- Must participate in a skills development program
- Will be required to achieve certification in specific stations associated with the position
