Job Summary
Lead the team to ensure every customer experience meets expectations by supervising performance, enforcing standards, and providing on-the-spot training. Manage daily operations including cash reporting, inventory audits, and drive-thru flow while maintaining strict safety and quality protocols. Handle customer complaints, answer phones, and perform operational tasks as needed to uphold the brand. Complete shift reports and accurately record food inventory before and after each shift. Participate in a skills development program to achieve required station certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry and push.
- Ability to read (Orders on tickets, Menu Board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items.
- Frequent washing of hands.
- Must participate in a skills development program
- Will be required to achieve certification in specific stations associated with the position
