Job Summary
Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team targets by setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching to improve sales, service, and client relationship management. Oversee the management of HNI client portfolios, delivering customized investment strategies, estate planning, tax, and retirement planning solutions while personally handling high-profile client relationships and resolving issues. Drive business development activities within the HNI segment to expand the client base, increase revenue, and track acquisition metrics. Ensure the team adheres to compliance guidelines and internal processes, collaborating with Investment Research, Product Specialists, and Risk Management to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions. Monitor key performance indicators including client retention and revenue growth, preparing regular reports for senior management to drive decision-making and continuous improvement in team strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in wealth management or private banking
- At least 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven experience in managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI)
- Strong track record in business development, sales, and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building abilities
- Deep knowledge of wealth management products, investment strategies, tax and estate planning
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or relevant certifications like CFA, CFP, or CWM
