Job Summary
Lead a team of inbound customer service representatives in a BPO environment, providing coaching, performance reviews, and daily oversight; manage attendance, schedule adherence, productivity; handle real-time floor support and escalations; participate in client meetings and ensure policy compliance and security; requires 1-2 years BPO voice experience, at least 6 months supervisory, strong English, ability to multitask, and willingness to work night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 2 year BPO experience in a Voice Account
- At least 6 months team lead/supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to multitask (taking calls and responding to emails)
- Organized and keen to details
- Willing to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong (Preferably residing near or within Mandaluyong)
- Amenable working night shifts
