Job Summary
Team Lead - Veterinary Laboratory Scientist leading the Core Laboratory in Hamilton, NZ. Supervises day-to-day operations, supports training and coaching, drives quality management, handles complaints, performs stock take, executes routine diagnostic testing and reporting, and champions continuous improvement while supporting Patient Sample Management. Hybrid, hands-on leadership role managing a commercial laboratory environment, with focus on timely turnaround, customer service, and adherence to ISO 17025 and IANZ standards. Strong communication, attention to detail, and alignment with IDEXX values are essential in a collaborative, globally-connected team. Full-time role across Monday to Saturday with opportunities for career development and recognition programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Medical Science or equivalent
