Team Lead -Used Firearms

The Team Lead oversees daily operations of the used firearms business, including buying, selling, and customer service, and initiates all 4473 forms with customers while conducting final checks of applicable company, state, and federal forms before firearm transfers. Responsibilities include evaluating and appraising used firearms with knowledge of fair market values, maintaining inventory and maximizing margins through negotiated acquisitions, merchandising, training Outfitters on acquiring/disposing of firearms, staying compliant with ATF and state regulations, and driving monthly sales goals through a customer-satisfaction selling culture. The role involves continuous collaboration with regional managers and the merchandising team, ongoing training, and providing high-quality customer service on the sales floor and over the phone, with travel to purchase firearms locally.
