Team Lead Trainers and Assessors

Job Summary

Manage and lead the Trainer and Assessors team to maintain high standards of delivery and assessment practices. Facilitate training, conduct assessments, and ensure your own trainer currency while empowering staff to achieve outstanding learner outcomes. Identify opportunities to enhance resources and proactively monitor quality, implementing continuous improvement practices. Embed the Cultural Integrity Investment Framework and organisational values into team leadership and program delivery. Provide periodic performance and activity reports to the RTO Manager. This role supports the Organisational Development Team's objective of expanding and maintaining a competent health workforce within the Southeast Queensland region.

Required Qualifications

  • Current Criminal History Check
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
  • Current Working with Children's Check (Qld Blue Card)
  • Current Disability Worker Screening Check (Qld Yellow Card)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
  • A qualification in Allied heath Assisting, Primary Health Care, Community Services, Individual Support, Business or equivalent
  • Ability to travel across South East Queensland (SEQ) as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and /or communities
