Job Summary
Organize and prepare a team of 20-25 operators to ensure smooth, flexible Tool Center operations, optimizing tool availability for EF/TF factory and D&E customers. Set priorities, delegate tasks, and resolve bottlenecks while managing delivery and return cycle times. Coordinate improvement proposals, drive LEAN initiatives, and maintain a safe, high-quality environment for tool storage and cleaning. This role supports manufacturing plans for NXE, NXT, and XT systems within the Veldhoven facility, requiring day shift coverage and cleanroom access.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+ / HBO level (logistics discipline or industrial/business engineering)
- Preferably a minimum of 3 years in a leading or coordinating logistics position
- Flexible work ethic (your team works 24/7 and they sometimes need you after working hours)
- Ability to manage people without always having the possibility of face-to-face contact
- Knowledge and experience in warehousing and distribution processes
- Knowledge of cleaning & contamination inspection best practices & ASML standards
- Enthusiastic people manager (good interpersonal skills, motivator, team builder, coach)
- Service oriented mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to think in end-to-end processes and understanding the bigger picture
- Certificate of conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, VOG)
- Work will partially be done in cleanroom (wearing cleanroom suit)
- The candidate will be working in day shift
- Access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.)
- Legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work
Desired Qualifications
- SAP (EWM) knowledge is preferred
