Team Lead, Testing Operations

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day testing operations workflows, including the TNP process, QC requisition queue, and Admin UI order generation, ensuring reliability and timeliness. Monitor and triage operational issues regarding member results and clinician notes inquiries, coordinating troubleshooting and escalations to minimize disruption. Manage a team of Ops Associates to ensure coverage across all testing operations while maintaining up-to-date documentation and standard operating procedures. Identify inefficiencies in the results and requisition lifecycle to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and scale. Collaborate with clinical partnerships, operations, and product teams to implement new processes and communicate operational needs.
