Job Summary
Retail Team Lead, full-time, Montreal location. Lead by example on the sales floor, coach and communicate professionally with staff, drive store performance indicators through training and development, assist in creating schedules and lead floor moves, deliver a great guest experience using the GUEST service model, manage operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and adherence to procedures, participate in recruiting and interviewing, and ensure safety and lifting procedures. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervision in retail (a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 4 lbs frequently; lift maximum 8 lbs occasionally; kneel or squat frequently; move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary); stand for extended periods; climb ladders occasionally; climb and descend stairs frequently
