Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent while fostering a culture of strong communication and teamwork to balance operational, visual, and customer priorities. Administer performance appraisals, set goals, and conduct consistent touch-bases with direct reports. Cultivate genuine customer connections by delivering high-quality product services such as branding, debossing, boot stretching, and brim shaping. Uphold stock-to-sales processes, presentation standards, and product placement while ensuring compliance with loss prevention procedures. Facilitate the sharing of product knowledge and implement omni-channel processes to better serve the customer. Manage total store operations including shipments, transfers, restock standards, and fixture usage. Available 15-20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with competitive hourly compensation plus incentives and free boots.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Retail Management experience
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution
- Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic
- Utmost character, honesty, and transparency
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service while implementing loss prevention practices
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and perform store maintenance tasks
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
