Job Summary
Part-Time Team Lead at Tecovas Atlanta leads a store team to deliver exceptional customer experience through leadership, merchandising, and operational execution. Supports Store Manager in recruiting, performance management, and maintaining a succession strategy; fosters teamwork to balance operational, visual and customer priorities. Delivers high-quality product services with attention to detail (branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, boot shines) and understands an omni-channel business. Maintains stock-to-sales processes, floor plan and fixture usage; ensures loss prevention practices and adherence to shipments/restock standards. Sets clear objectives, communicates effectively, and enables the team to adapt to change while delivering a consistent store experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required (College Degree preferred)
- 2+ years Retail Management experience
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Exceptional leadership, selling, and customer service skills
- Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Experienced in coaching, counseling & conflict resolution
- Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic
- Utmost character, honesty, and transparency
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service while implementing loss prevention practices
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and perform store maintenance tasks
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
