Job Summary
Conduct hands-on vehicle allocation by collecting and deploying e-scooters citywide to maximize utilization, while supporting logistics for receiving and packing new units. Uphold quality standards by identifying and rectifying damaged or misplaced vehicles and ensuring compliant parking. Oversee team activities, manage hiring and training, and collaborate with site managers to optimize shift planning across rotating Monday-to-Sunday schedules. Drive process improvements and foster team performance to meet operational targets.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driving license
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of German
- Previous leadership experience
- Skills in promoting and nurturing team collaboration
- Basic knowledge of digital tools
- Ability to use MS Office
- Ability to use G-Suite
- Willingness and availability to work in rotating shifts Monday - Sunday
- A strong sense of ownership
- A proactive and positive attitude
