Job Summary
Team Lead for Tank & Canopy on 2nd shift leads manufacturing teams in operations, coordinating department activities, conducting daily huddle meetings, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, implementing process improvements (PDCA, Kaizen), maintaining 6S, and sustaining standard work. Requires leading and directing teams, cross-functional training maintenance, scheduling, and ensuring on-time delivery to internal customers, with a focus on efficiency (target 90%+) and problem solving. Must have a high school diploma/GED and 3+ years relevant manufacturing experience; proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook and AS400 is expected; strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Over 3 years related experience
- Basic computer experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, basic AS400 software computer or similar system knowledge
