Job Summary
Team Lead, Talent Acquisition at Carvana leads a recruiting team to execute full life-cycle recruiting for Carvana’s Operations teams, including leadership recruiting and high-volume hiring targets. Responsibilities include guiding day-to-day recruiting, achieving KPIs, training and supporting team members, analyzing data to identify trends and improve recruiting effectiveness, maintaining reports on staffing and pipelines, onboarding new team members, collaborating with hiring managers to anticipate needs, leveraging diverse sourcing techniques, supporting requisitions from source to hire, and maintaining a candidate-centric approach aligned with Carvana’s employer brand. Onsite at Carvana Corporate HQ in Tempe, AZ, five days a week, with a focus on building strategies, improving interviewing practices, and driving quality of hire. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Hiring is contingent on a complete background check and visa sponsorship is not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate institution
- 5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
- 2+ years experience leading a team/others
- Experience using virtual recruitment (social media, LinkedIn, resume sourcing, virtual career fairs)
- Experience working with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coach and motivate others with strong influencing skills
- Energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines, and find solutions
