Job Summary
Team Lead responsible for coordinating workflow in warehouse and inspection operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Oversees inspection processes, supports production personnel, ensures customer and production requirements are met, leads by example with professionalism and organization, enforces safety procedures, reports accidents or safety concerns, prepares shift-start activities and required paperwork, ensures tools and materials are available, provides on-the-job training, communicates procedures clearly, monitors employee performance and provides feedback, reports policy violations, and supports quality, safety, and operational initiatives. 2nd & 3rd shift available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or team lead experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
