Job Summary
Lead a team of supply chain planners to optimize material availability and inventory for multiple product lines. Own MRP and procurement, optimize supply chain in a high-mix low-volume (HMLV) environment, and drive the Purchase Order Control Tower and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include tactical execution leadership of material requirements planning and procurement, optimizing supplier connections and transit times, participating in Downstream and Upstream Control Tower with analytical insights (PowerBI), implementing advanced inventory strategies (safety stock, segmentation, MTF/ MTO/ MTS), managing supply constraints and supplier performance, and driving Lean-based process improvements and digital adoption (MS D365 F&O, APS, and related tools). Leadership responsibilities encompass coaching a team of supply chain planners, building competency development programs, and fostering a data-driven culture. Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in a related field, 3-7 years of material planning/inventory/procurement experience in a manufacturing setting, proficiency with D365 F&O and APS, Lean problem-solving experience, and English/Romanian language skills; additional certifications (APICS CSCP/CPIM) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3-7 years of progressive experience in material planning (MRP), inventory management, or operational procurement in a complex manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and inventory optimization tools
- Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving (A3, 3W-5L)
- PowerBI and data analytics capabilities
- English and Romanian language proficiency
