Team Lead Supply Chain and Logistics at Villeroy & Boch Group: lead and mentor the Supply Chain Planning Competence Center, oversee professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, and drive continuous optimization of demand and supply planning. Define and implement best practices in planning, optimize processes and systems (SAP ERP, SAP BW, Board), manage SCM-specific projects, and design training sessions to disseminate expertise. Coordinate with adjacent departments (Sales, Production, Purchasing, Logistics, IT) to ensure a coherent, efficient supply chain, and define/monitor KPIs to drive action. Lead the development of employees, ensure optimal resource utilization, and shape the future planning landscape through strategic development and knowledge transfer.
