Team Lead - Subtitling Coordination

Lead and supervise Localization Coordinators by setting clear objectives, communicating expectations, and resolving conflicts proactively. Conduct regular team meetings and timely 1:1s to discuss progress, plan activities, and coach on performance and development. Manage team productivity, volume, leave planning, and succession while driving HR processes and backing managers on responsibilities. Liaise with the Translator Support team to report linguist pool health and plan capacity for rare languages. Monitor email compliance, address user payments, and ensure adherence to project deadlines and goals. Generate reports on performance, track KPIs and SLAs, and facilitate effective handovers across shifts. Mentor Subject Matter Experts to advance their skills and suggest continuous improvements in quality and communication.
