Team Lead – Sr. Project Manager, Critical Facilities

Job Summary
Lead a team of project managers to deliver complex, multi-sector MEP and critical infrastructure projects from inception through closeout. Serve as primary senior-level liaison with clients and internal teams, guiding design, implementation, and sign-off; develop budgets and master schedules; manage risk, vendor selection, and compliance with standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, 8-10 years of PM experience (5+ years in MEP-heavy/mission-critical projects), and strong leadership and client-management skills. Advanced credentials (PE, PMP, MBA/MS) and a commitment to working in the United States without sponsorship are preferred. Location is remote access via Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; or Orlando, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years project management experience; at least 5 years overseeing MEP-heavy and/or mission-critical projects.
- Demonstrated experience supervising/mentoring multiple project managers and managing all project phases (inception to closeout).
- Experience working with institutional, corporate, and mission-critical facility clients.
- Track record of excellence in client relationship management and delivery of complex projects.
