Job Summary
Lead all contractor personnel in the Operations office by providing senior-level expertise in all-source analysis, CI, collection management, intelligence planning, and targeting. Direct daily task execution, oversee the production of intelligence products per ICD standards, and coordinate resource allocation to ensure optimal use and cross-center integration. Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk while maintaining staffing continuity and serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders. Ensure all deliverables meet contract performance objectives and tradecraft standards within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Position is contingent upon contract award
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Intelligence, National Security)
- 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience
- Experience supporting Intelligence community
- Experience with NSS/NDS alignment and strategic competition priorities
- Prior experience serving as a Team Lead, task manager, or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract
- Deep functional expertise in operational integration, integrating all-source, CI, collection, and targeting operations
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDASA-I, CCMP-F, or equivalent IC analytic tradecraft certifications)
- Experience integrating multi-disciplinary intelligence (all-source, C4I, cyber, HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.)
- Familiarity with Intelligence analytic production systems (e.g., MARS/MIDB)
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in relevant field is preferred by not required
