Job Summary
Lead and develop the team of Solution Architects, driving professional growth and knowledge sharing while establishing clear architectural frameworks and governance standards. Define architecture direction for complex application, data, and integration challenges in collaboration with business stakeholders and enterprise architects. Ensure solution designs remain consistent with architectural guidelines and align with the broader IT strategy of Lely. Connect business, IT, and Enterprise Architecture to realize shared goals and make sustainable decisions. Contribute actively to the strategic development of Business Applications & Services, translating departmental objectives into concrete results.
Required Qualifications
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van een architectuurteam of een vergelijkbare groep senior IT-professionals
- Een sterke achtergrond in Solution Architecture binnen complexe applicatie- en integratielandschappen
- Ervaring met het adviseren van management en stakeholders over architectuurkeuzes, platformen, integraties en toekomstbestendige oplossingen
- Kennis van architectuurmethodieken en modelleringstechnieken zoals TOGAF, DYA, ArchiMate, BPMN, UML of vergelijkbare frameworks
- Ervaring met verandermanagement en het meenemen van mensen in nieuwe werkwijzen en ontwikkelingen
- Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van leiderschap, stakeholdermanagement en samenwerking tussen business en IT
- Succesvol afgeronde pre-employment screening bestaande uit een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) en een achtergrond- en integriteitsonderzoek
