Job Summary
Team Lead and Shop Project Coordinator with responsibility for end-to-end project leadership in a manufacturing environment. Leads projects from initiation to closure, defines scope and deliverables, reviews drawings and specifications, ensures timely release of drawings and production orders, coordinates cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, Engineering, Planning), plans and monitors schedules, materials, capacity, tracks raw material requirements and inventory, identifies critical tasks, conducts kickoff and closure meetings, manages risks and issues, monitors budgets and financial performance, prepares manufacturing schedules and daily progress, maintains stakeholder communications, tracks imports for projects, conducts periodic reviews, and prepares monthly KPI dashboards (OTD, margins). Requires strong project management experience, engineering drawing literacy, ERP familiarity (LN Cloud preferred), AutoCAD proficiency, and knowledge of ISO standards; fluency in English and preferred Hindi/Marathi. */
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years in project management within manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings
- Knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems (LN Cloud preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD
- Experience with Power BI / Excel dashboards (preferred)
- Understanding of ISO standards (9001/14001/45001)
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
