Team Lead Shipping

Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, assign job tasks to warehouse workers and line drivers to ensure timely shipment completion. Analyze department reports for shipments and materials, communicate discrepancies with Logistics Management and Customer Service, and maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and FIFO tracking. Train employees, support all shipping and receiving functions, and ensure safe equipment use while adhering to food safety standards. Learn the PPS system to verify all transactions are pre-done correctly. Weekend work is required; this temporary-to-hire role involves operating reach trucks, stand-up positions, and electric pallet riders within a cold storage facility.
