Job Summary
Assist with cashier functions including cash outs and making change while ensuring restaurant cleanliness and delegating side work tasks daily. Perform uniform checks to verify proper attire and run the shift by monitoring that all employees take mandatory breaks at appropriate times. Coach crew members to drive a positive guest culture and assist the Manager with additional needs. Fluency in spoken and written English is required, with prior experience in shift lead, crew lead, or similar restaurant roles at Dunkin, Krispy Kreme, or other QSR brands being highly desirable.

- Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands: shift lead, shift leader, crew lead, team lead, assistant manager, AGM, general manger, gm, or other part time restaurant job at Dunkin, krispy kreme, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger
