Job Summary
Craft and execute a data-driven SEO strategy to drive measurable organic traffic growth and improve keyword rankings. Lead and mentor a high-performing SEO, content, and outreach team while designing automated workflows using AI tools, no-code platforms, and APIs. Conduct technical audits, optimize content for E-E-A-T and SERP intent, and deliver consistent reporting on traffic, rankings, and conversions using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush. Collaborate with product and dev teams to implement on-page fixes and schema markup. Maintain compliance with Core Web Vitals and algorithm updates while leveraging AI for content creation and analysis. Requires 4+ years of SEO experience with at least one year in a leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any field
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- At least 1 year in a team leadership role
- Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth
- Managing SEO projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of AI tools, SEO automation, and content frameworks
- Strong command of technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO
- Expertise in SEO automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Sheets, and AI platforms
- Advanced use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Surfer, Frase) for content and SEO operations
- Ability to conduct and interpret technical SEO audits, Core Web Vitals, and schema implementations
- Skilled in keyword research, content strategy, and SERP intent mapping
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools: GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
- Track record of building and leading high-performing SEO and content teams
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Understanding of programmatic SEO, internal linking, and content distribution strategies
- Experience with Google Search Console
