Job Summary
Own the end-to-end scheduling process by translating planning inputs into actionable daily schedules aligned with operational capacity. Manage real-time operational adjustments and exception handling to ensure outbound execution readiness, including picking, consolidation, and shipment processing. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Planning, Inventory, Quality Control, and Transportation to align priorities and maintain service levels. Lead, coach, and develop a team of scheduling planners while monitoring KPIs to drive corrective actions and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or planning/scheduling roles
- Prior experience in a team lead or supervisory role
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a distribution center or logistics environment
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
