Job Summary
Manage the operation and strategic evolution of the SAP Basis infrastructure for the FAYAT Group, overseeing authorization management, system monitoring, backup/recovery, and security compliance. Lead the international SAP Basis & Authorizations team, directing projects, upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations while coordinating support, escalations, and external vendors. Ensure efficient collaboration with business units and global IT teams. Requires a Master's degree in IT, extensive leadership experience, and strong English and German skills with willingness for international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master, Diplom oder vergleichbar) der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP-Basis-Teams
- Erfahrung im Betrieb komplexer SAP-Systemlandschaften
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von IT-Projekten
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung
- Erfahrung in der Teamkoordination
- Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Fundiertes Verständnis für SAP-Technologien
- Fundiertes Verständnis für Cloud-Ansätze
- Fundiertes Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit
- Fundiertes Verständnis für Compliance-Anforderungen
