Job Summary
Coordinate, plan, and support the daily work of the team and shift while monitoring processes to focus on waste elimination. Act as the link between the team, support functions, and team manager, developing key processes and tools within the cell. Close competence gaps by training, coaching, and running SOP audit dialogues, and control quality, deviations, and line stops with the team manager. Provide immediate problem-solving support when needed and execute production work according to ALPS standards. Participate in continuous improvements and maintain a high school diploma or GED with GPHE assembly experience. Work Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm plus overtime as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- GPHE assembly experience
- Basic Personal Computer skills with demonstrated ability in JEEVES, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated commitment to Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS), including 5S, Cell Status Boards, PRP and KPI Boards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- COVID-19 vaccination
