Job Summary
Lead Sales team across Renewals, Inside Sales, Business Development and Account Management, ensuring the team follows strategic initiatives and targets. Coach the team on sales techniques to engage with customers and partners. Account manage leading accounts and collaborate with partners daily. Grow and maintain a healthy regional partner ecosystem to drive sales and increase market share in the EMM/mobile management space. Present, promote and sell products using solid tactics to prospective customers. Achieve sales targets within schedule. Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities. Attend sales events and trainings to stay current with developments. Travel within sales territories. Design and execute regional sales strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with leading a team and a proven record of sales experience
- Proficiency using Salesforce to document and track technology sales
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team selling environment
- History of over-achieving
