Team Lead - Sales Projects

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end management of sales projects—from planning and scheduling to execution, monitoring and closure—while overseeing the Deal Administration function, contract management, and external partner engagements. Develop and implement standardized processes, templates, and tools to support sales project delivery, perform business case and feasibility analyses, manage risks, and track performance against KPIs and SLAs. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Traffic, IT, Operations) to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement. Mentor Deal Administration Executives and manage resource allocation and workforce planning for the team, ensuring governance, risk, and regulatory compliance (including ICASA requirements) across all partner engagements and contracts; maintain audit-ready documentation and support revenue recognition and financial forecasting. Ensure post-project reviews to drive lessons learned and strategic improvements, and build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver expected project outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- NQF6 Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in project management, sales operations, deal administration, or external partner service management
- At least 3 years’ experience leading teams in a project-driven environment
