Job Summary
As Team Leader at Crocs, lead in-store experiences by driving customer engagement, product storytelling, and achievement of sales goals. Partner with Store Management to manage daily team activities, delegate tasks, maintain high service standards, and ensure cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and inventory controls are executed. Act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of current product collaborations and initiatives, while fostering a positive team culture and delivering exceptional in-store experiences through effective selling strategies, POS operations, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- Ability to move merchandise and operate in a retail environment
