Job Summary
Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M. service model while actively championing a positive team culture through feedback and core values. Assist in all store departments including POS management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations to ensure the store is business ready daily. Lead by example on the sales floor to achieve personal and team goals, manage day-to-day team activities by delegating tasks, and serve as a brand ambassador for current product launches. Adhere to all policies including asset protection and inventory control. Requires 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for prior store leadership roles. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience

- Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
- Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks

- Ability to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Ability to continuously move around all areas of the store
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens
- Ability to input information into computer
