Job Summary
Team Lead, Sales responsible for delivering outstanding in-store experiences using Crocs' CHARM service model, leading a sales team to achieve and exceed goals, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and maintaining store readiness. Responsibilities include coaching and guiding the team, engaging customers with product knowledge, managing day-to-day activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, and partnering with management to implement promotions and brand initiatives. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and meet physical requirements for standing, lifting, and moving merchandise. Requires 2-3 years of retail experience with leadership exposure and a customer-centric, high-growth retail mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of retail experience, preference for prior store leadership roles
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- ability to move merchandise and lift 30 pounds+
- ability to stand for extended periods and navigate store environment
- proficiency with POS systems and computer literacy
