Open and close the store, oversee assigned tasks, and manage cash and receivables in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Direct store team operations, assist in training, and ensure safety, security, and inventory maintenance. Oversee merchandise receiving, stocking, and price adjustments while working with management to achieve sales goals and increase store traffic. Merchandise end-caps, resolve customer complaints, and maintain equipment fixtures. Execute highest service standards and attend mandatory monthly meetings. Hourly rate between $17 and $19.
