Job Summary
Team Lead in Roots’ retail store leads sales associates, supports store operations, and models exceptional customer service to drive a positive in-store experience. Responsibilities include guiding the sales team, managing POS and banking tasks, producing timely reports, assisting in onboarding and training, coaching associates on customer service, delegating store tasks for efficiency, communicating performance feedback to management, ensuring adherence to policies, and performing opening/closing and inventory duties. Requires 1+ years in retail apparel (luxury retail a plus), proven leadership, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. A strong emphasis on teamwork, product knowledge, and brand loyalty is expected, with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and upholding Roots’ culture and sustainability values.
