Job Summary

Team Lead position in Roots’ retail store focused on coaching and directing sales associates, maintaining exceptional in-store experiences, and supporting store management. Responsibilities include leading a sales team, managing POS operations and daily banking, preparing timely reports, onboarding and training new associates, coaching on customer service, delegating tasks to maximize store efficiency, providing performance feedback, ensuring adherence to company policies, and handling opening/closing procedures and inventory tasks. Requires 1+ years in retail apparel (luxury retail a plus), proven leadership, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and availability for varied weekly shifts including weekends, closing, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years related experience in a retail apparel environment, luxury retail experience is a plus
