Job Summary
Team Lead responsible for linking the leadership team with sales associates to drive operational excellence, lead a customer-service driven in-store experience, and support store management with onboarding, coaching, and daily reporting. Key duties include enabling a high-performing sales team, POS management and banking procedures, ensuring adherence to policies, coordinating opening/closing and inventory tasks, and delivering ongoing coaching to staff to meet or exceed store goals. Strong emphasis on leadership, organization, problem solving, collaboration, and availability for varied weekly shifts including weekends, closing shifts, and holidays. Experience in retail apparel and luxury retail is a plus; candidates should demonstrate proven team leadership, customer-focused selling, product knowledge, and the ability to contribute ideas to improve store operations.
