Team Lead

Open and close the store, oversee store team tasks, and manage cash and receivables during the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Direct projects delegated by management, assist in training staff for optimum performance, and maintain inventory, housekeeping, and equipment conditions. Process shipments, stock merchandise, authorize checks, and execute price adjustments while ensuring end-cap and display merchandising standards. Resolve customer complaints, work with management to achieve sales goals and increase traffic, and attend mandatory monthly meetings.
