Job Summary
Lead a team of RN quality reviewers conducting quality audits and chart reviews; provide day-to-day people management, onboarding, and coaching; analyze chart audit findings to identify trends and present actionable summaries to the Quality Manager; own collection and management of quality data and dashboards; support the Quality Manager in executing the quality program; coordinate chart audits and peer reviews; surface audit findings into the quality-to-training process; assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions; reinforce clinical documentation standards through audit-based feedback; contribute to reporting for quality committee meetings; requires active RN licensure with 3+ years of oncology/care-management experience; senior-level leadership responsibilities within the nursing quality assurance function; remote work within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN licensure
- 3+ years of clinical experience
