RN Team Lead with responsibilities including consulting and coordinating with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care; maintaining detailed reports; modifying patient plans based on responses and conditions; preparing patients for examinations or treatments; monitoring and reporting symptoms; conducting phone triage and pre/post-operative calls; supports travel as part of role; requires 2 years of nursing experience and an RN license in Indiana; full-time role in Indianapolis focused on Breast and Melanoma care.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree Nursing / Patient Care
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board
- 2 years Nursing/Patient Care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
