Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, with instruction comprising at least 50% of the weekly schedule. Communicate and build relationships with families to support the center's success, and mentor new hires and fellow teachers by creating fun, interactive learning experiences. Ensure daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing company standards, taking on director duties including opening and closing the school in their absence. Work Monday through Friday indoors or outdoors engaging in physical activity with preschool children.
