Team Lead, Rhody Warehouse - 1st Shift

Direct and coordinate warehouse activities including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. Prioritize and assign tasks to meet production schedules, while training, mentoring, and coaching team members on procedures and safety protocols. Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures, utilizing ERP systems and Power BI dashboards for inventory accuracy and scheduling. Conduct cycle counts and audits to maintain integrity, identify process inefficiencies, and implement best practices to reduce costs. Address team issues through coaching and escalation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and equipment functionality. Partner with production and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and operational alignment.
