Job Summary
Lead the 24/7 Responsible Gambling Team to deliver high-quality customer protection and safe gambling experiences. Responsibilities include people management, onboarding, coaching, performance management, QA checks, KPI tracking, monthly reporting and trend analysis, ensuring compliance with Responsible Gambling policies, stakeholder collaboration across regions, and providing tools and resources to develop team members. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects while upholding high standards of quality and integrity. Desirable background includes online gaming/casino industry knowledge and familiarity with regulatory requirements across markets; proficiency with Dynamics 365 and reporting tools; coaching/leadership experience; and understanding of Excel analytics. Shortlisted candidates may undergo assessments and background checks due to access to customer financial data.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification or relevant certification in Psychology/Social Work/Compliance/Risk and Fraud
- Minimum of 12 months experience in leadership
- Responsible Gambling experience
- Knowledge of Responsible Gambling Policies, Procedures, and systems
