Job Summary
Supervise residential coordinator staff, bus drivers, and lifeguards while overseeing bus schedules, pool calendars, and front desk operations. Ensure 24-hour front desk coverage for security and community building, support crisis response and incident reporting, and coordinate work orders with Facilities and Property Management. Manage daily resident needs reporting, supply ordering for onsite activities, and transportation tracking. Engage in weekly round-up meetings with case management and maintain coordination between day and night staff. This 32-hour full-time role requires a valid driver's license and supervisory experience within supportive housing settings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- 3 or more years of administrative or compliance experience
- preferably in a social service or supportive housing setting
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications
- Microsoft Office Suite
