Job Summary
Team Lead Research Coordinator for General Hematology & Hemostasis and Thrombosis: provides oversight for all clinical-research activities within the program, mentors clinical-research staff, guides protocol development, serves as back-up coordinator for trials, conducts routine auditing/monitoring for quality assurance, supports development of source/case report tools, assists with participant screening and enrollment, assists investigators with study protocols, monitors budget and grants activities, and leads coordination of patient care and education related to study protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or health-related field
- 4 years of clinical research experience or 3 years with advanced degree
- ACRP/SOCRA CRA/CCR CCRC certification or comparable within 1 year
- CITI training within 30 days of employment
- ARUP handling, packaging, and shipping infectious substances if required
