Job Summary
Open and close the shop daily, leading pre and post shift meetings to ensure all Ski Technicians understand shift expectations. Plan delivery routes, support calls, and pickups while responding to customer communications and dispatching technicians for reactive support. Ensure brand standards are met regarding uniforms, vans, equipment, and shop cleanliness. Schedule work assignments for the following shift, provide real-time coaching, and assist with labor management, reservations, and refunds. Conduct upselling via predelivery communication and sizing guests for orders. Manage weekend and holiday shifts with a base wage of $20/hour plus tips.
